Second Attempt

I tried to write this blog yesterday, but it would not post, so here it is again...

First of all, we are in the process of setting up our own website. Once the website is setup, we will transfer the blog to the website. Additionally, we will provide other new areas for reader interaction.

I wanted to focus on and write for those of us using running as our main form of cardio for weight loss. This was my plan, but I could not figure out why after 3 weeks of sticking to the half marathon training program I was not dropping any weight.
